1. Shipping Destinations

We deliver to over 650+ cities and towns across Pakistan.

  • Domestic: Nationwide coverage via our logistics partners.

  • International: Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. For international inquiries, please contact our support team.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 200 applies to all orders nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

  • Express Delivery: Available in select major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) for an additional fee of Rs. 500.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is confirmed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 working days.

  • Other Cities: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.

Note: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders up to Rs. 50,000. For high-value luxury timepieces exceeding this amount, a partial advanced payment may be required via Bank Transfer or Digital Wallet.

5. Order Tracking

Once your watch has been dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS and Email. You can track your parcel in real-time through our delivery partners (TCS, Leopards, or PostEx).

6. Delivery Protocol & Inspection

  • Secure Packaging: All OAK WRIST watches are shipped in tamper-evident, shock-resistant packaging to ensure safety.

  • Inspection: While most couriers do not allow "Open Parcel Before Payment" for COD, we provide a 7-Day Checking Warranty. If you find any issues upon opening the box, please contact us immediately.

  • Damaged Shipments: If the outer packaging appears heavily damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately at [Insert Phone Number].

7. Non-Delivery & Re-Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery two times at the provided address. If the customer is unavailable or the contact number is unreachable after two attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

  • To reship a returned parcel, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

8. Address Changes

We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the tracking number is generated, we cannot redirect the package.
