At OAK WRIST, we take pride in the quality of our timepieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return and refund process is designed to be transparent and fair, in accordance with Pakistanās consumer protection regulations.
1. Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. To be eligible, the request must be logged via our official customer support channels within this timeframe.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, your watch must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The watch must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Packaging: It must be in the original OAK WRIST packaging, including the outer box, warranty cards, manuals, and any protective plastic films/stickers (especially on the glass and case back) must remain intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

Customized or engraved watches.
-
Spare parts (straps, buckles, or bracelets) if the packaging has been opened.
3. Grounds for Return
You may request a return if:

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival (Construction/Design defects).

The product does not match the description or model ordered.

The item is incomplete (missing parts or accessories).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Digital Wallet).

Timeline: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Deductions: For "Change of Mind" returns (where the product is not defective), a restocking fee of 10% to 15% may apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same model, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
6. Shipping & Handling

Defective Items: OAK WRIST will cover the return shipping costs if the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Change of Mind: For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopards, or M&P) to ensure the item reaches us safely.
